Hey i agree with you. I think your damn right. It is the thoughts that count.
However, i personally am against the whole idea of stalking as i have experienced it i think it is scarey and a very immature thing for someone to do!
I have had a look at the link you have provided for the article "Stalkers are criminals – not 'incompetent suitors" from the guardian. I completely agree with this article. I mean how devastating can this stalker be! The victim Claire has been stalked for seven years and has been living in terror and due to this she has had a miscarriage. This is utterly ridiculous. It really hurts me when incidents like this take place.
Stalkers should be punished severely due to their stupid, inappropiate behaviour! Yet this stalker had been jailed for JUST 16 weeks. This is not fair, he should be jailed longer! As what he did was totally inappropiate.
